I'm Damita (she/her), as an acupuncture physician and licensed mental health counselor,

I have years of experience assisting clients with many different issues such as chronic pain, mental/emotional issues, addictions, insomnia, trauma, multicultural issues, women’s health issues, men’s health issues, stress management, and gastrointestinal issues. I provide clients with various modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, East Asian medicine, mind-body integration, and person centered therapy. I enjoy include writing, reading, and spending

time in nature.

I am S. Allen Kushner (he/him), and in my practice, I promote an atmosphere of non-judgment. By this, I take great pride in being able to offer what I like to call a "closed mouth and open mind" when clients are expressing themselves. In turn my primary theoretical concepts that I utilize in helping clients are CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and DBT ( Dialectical Behavior Therapy).

Monica Grey (she/her) M.S.W, L.C.S.W graduated with a Master’s degree in 1993, from Florida State University, and was licensed in the state of Florida, as a clinical social worker, in 1996. As a healer, and an intuitive therapist, she has worked for many years in the United States and the Canadian mental health systems gaining insight, and understanding, into the treatment of depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma and substance dependence.  

Monica became interested in complimentary medicine early in her career, and has studied, and practiced, alternative methods to promote healing. She is an avid practitioner of Energy Psychology to address psychological issues, a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Inspirational Breathwork Facilitator. Monica is also retired after 10 years of service to the VA, working closely with Veterans to provide support, and address mental health issues.

I'm Holland Hall (they/them), and my approach to the therapeutic process integrates several cognitive and behavioral therapies to meet the specific goals that are unique to each client. I have a background in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), as well as specialized training in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to explore themselves and the concerns that are present in their lives and to work collaboratively to heal and grow through life’s challenges. We all have our own set of values that guide the choices we make in life, and my approach to the healing process includes considering how my clients’ personal values can inspire positive change in their lives.

I'm Katherine (she/her) and I offer an empathic client-centered counseling experience which aims to enhance personal strengths, explore obstacles, and establish realistic goals for the client to achieve life fulfillment as their most authentic self. My specializations include working with adults and adolescents who present with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, perinatal mood disorders, trauma related disorders, personality disorders, relational problems, and adjustment disorders. I utilize an integrative psychotherapy approach which draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation. I believe it takes courage to seek help and support,

and I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space to develop insight, clarity,

and improved well-being.

I'm Audrey Metzger (she/her), and if there is one thing that I like to make a priority with my clients it is transparency. I like to provide education while I talk to the clients about coping skills. I want them to be fully aware of why I'm suggesting what I'm suggesting. I feel that it builds trust and confidence that I'm here to help my clients. I want them to feel like they're fully apart of this journey with their mental health.

I have utilized multiple types of therapies since I started counseling. I utilized cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I currently have a certification in EMDR as well and specialize in trauma-based therapy.

My areas of expertise are providing services for clients using cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational counseling, family therapy, couples counseling, and reflective therapy. I have years of experience working with faith/spirituality, substance abuse, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, PTSD, marital issues, family issues, multicultural issues, life skills, and ODD.
